is the –ing form of a verb used as a
noun. A gerund is used in the same ways as a noun, i.e. as a subject or
an object.

Either artinya salah satu (dari dua orang/dari dua benda),
sedangkan neither (= not either) artinya tidak salah satu/tidak
dua-duanya (i.e. Maknanya sama dengan : both…not). Tulisan ini membahas 3
(tiga) penggunaan either dan neither, yaitu ketika either dan neither
digunakan secara mandiri (tanpa or dan nor), ketika either dan neither digunakan
berpasangan dengan OR atau NOR, dan ketika digunakan dalam negative
